Dining Services is committed to providing quality service and well-balanced nutritious meals to our residents whom we serve each and every day. Our staff is trained regarding our diet levels, diet philosophy, as well as the provision of service to our residents at all levels of dining.
We offer a 5 week cycle menu that is changed seasonally. Our menu items are homemade and prepared fresh daily. All menu items offered can be mechanically altered to fit your dietary needs. The registered dietitian visits residents periodically, attends weekly resident care conferences and adheres to doctors’ orders regarding diet. Residents are encouraged to eat together in one of the dining rooms.
